Previously known as a Kathmandu Gurkhas, Kathmandu Gorkhas finished fifth in the first edition. They retained marquee player and captain Karan KC, along with Bhim Sharki, Dipesh Kandel, Shahab Alam, Pratik Shrestha, and Rashid Khan.
From the auction, Kathmandu Gurkhas brought in Uttam Thapa Magar, Tul Bahadur Thapa, Santosh Yadav, Akash Tripathi, and Adil Alam. Adil Alam is one of the most hyped player that they have bought from the auction.
